㈤2020年最后一天,我收到郝晓东老师寄送的《少有人走的路——“一周观察”集萃》一书,甚是惊喜。同时郝老师在书中首页还写了一封信——《点一盏心灯,照亮前行的路》,其中有一段这样的:“每一次选择,都会为人生镌刻下生命印记。不是每一个人都有这样的选择,除非您感受到新网师是生命中投射的一束光。教师专业发展,也是用一个灵魂去唤醒另一个灵魂。如果我们的选择无法和自身内在的真正需求连接,没有听到内心的呼唤,自己就无法被唤醒。很幸运,您是那个被唤醒的人,也在唤醒更多的人。”我斗胆借用郝老师的文字来表达自己在2020年的感受。是的,寻找、选择、承担、唤醒是我今年的关键词。
 
年初遇见新网师,我选择在新网师研修,在承担中成长,更是新网师唤醒我。


 
01

遇见——灯塔之光

我与新网师的故事还得从2019年说起。
 
㈔2019年下半年,重新回炉研修的我在广州大学城图书馆里初次读到朱永新老师的《我的教育理想》,当时我觉得这种理想太缥缈了,在今天如此功利的学校教育里能实现这样的教育理想吗?会不会只是朱永新老师的一厢情愿呢?
 
不久后,我读到张万祥与万玮合编的《教师专业成长的途径》,这本书里面又提到朱永新老师,还特别提到了朱永新老师的100万保险单的故事,同时还提到“教育在线”这个网站。当我看完这本书里30位优秀教师的成长故事,这些优秀教师的“英雄之旅”深深的感染了我,这些奇迹也能在我身上发生吗?这几年独自一人苦苦探寻专业成长的我不正是需要这样的专业成长吗?我暗暗下决心也想投这100万的保险单,可这个“教育在线”到底是何方神圣啊?每日一篇千字文是怎么写的?我决定一探究竟。
 
于是我在百度上搜索“教育在线”,我打开了好几个网站后,才找到真正的“教育在线”这个网站,可是当我想跟帖发言时,无论如何操作我也不能登录留言,本想投100万保险单的我吃了闭门羹。但在这个网站上我意外发现了李镇西老师的主贴,这个李镇西老师是不是我在图书馆里读到《自己培养自己》这本书的作者呢?我再细查,果然是同一个人,李镇西老师对教师的专业成长的独到见解让我敬佩不已。自那以后,我对李老师的相关著作越来越关注了。
 
峰回路转。2020年初,我竟在镇西茶馆中读到新网师2020年春季招生简章,简章里的“寻找尺码相同的人——真正热爱学习、真正热爱教育、真正热爱生命”这短短26个字如灯塔之光,直射我心膛,我被这道亮光深深吸引住。经历了入职后的迷茫与挣扎,我苦苦追寻的专业成长不就是需要这样的灯塔指引吗?于是我迫不及待向新网师提交3000多字的个人阅读史申请加入。

1、阅读之旅
 
正式加入新网师后,为了克服写作困难,我选修李镇西老师的扌《教育写作》,后又加选郝晓东老师的《人是如何学习的》,同时选修两门课,有几分初生牛犊的勇气,内心更多的是对自己能力不足的焦虑,我越焦虑越想挑战自己。
 
一开始,我不痛不痒的读着《人是如何学习的》这本书,给我当头棒喝的是3月底新网师举办一系列的公益课讲座,连续一周的讲座让我产生“错觉”,我大有坐在学术厅里听讲座的范,感觉自己真的是在新网师读大学。为期一周的公益课,不仅刷新了我对新网师的认知,更刷新了我对自己的认知。新网师讲究术道并重,注重理论指导实践,又在实践中检验理论;而我对讲座里所提及的根本书籍却一本也没看过,就连苏霍姆林斯基这位大师也是第一次听说。
 
此时此刻,我的浅薄与无知暴露无遗,我也更明白为什么自己这些年一直不能成长了,不是因为我自己不思进取,而是我自己一个人在单打独斗,自己在黑暗中摸索,还撞得头破血流,想突破却又一直在摸爬滚打中找不到方向,像一只迷失在大海里的孤船,找不到航行的方向。

而如今,我又是幸运的,命运之神眷顾我,灯塔之光照亮我,让我明白脱离理论的实践是盲目的,让我更明白站稳讲台务必要从根本书籍中汲取养分。听完这一系列讲座后,自卑无比的我暗暗下决心,课后一定要把这些书恶补回来,我要从啃读根本书籍开始,就从啃读《给教师的建议》开始。
 
由此我拉开真正的阅读之旅。
 
上半年,除了啃读《人是如何学习的》这本书外,我还啃郝老师介绍的《刻意练习》和《精彩观念的诞生》。此外,我还自己恶补苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》和佐藤学的《静悄悄的革命》。下半年,新网师的课程进行重组,我紧跟课程啃读《教师阅读地图》、《教育的目的》、《教育人类学》、《儿童リ的人格教育》、《论对话》、《教学勇气》。
 
今年上半年我以《人是如何学习的》这本书为中心,紧跟郝晓东老师的步伐,逐渐领悟学习科学的三大发现以及构建学习环境四中心的精髓;从皮亚杰的同化顺应理论到维果茨基的最近发展区;从学习科学的理论到观照自己的实践课堂。
 
读《人是如何学习的》这本书让我反省自己完全模仿教材教参的教学方式而不敢越雷池半步的原因,在于我根本就不知道学生是如何学习的,更没有从学生的角度来审视自己的教学设计与教学过程。啃读完这本书后我知道需要卷入学生的前概念来支撑有效教学,懂得及时反馈的重要性。
 
苏氏的《给教师的建议》完全刷新了我对学困生的看法,让我意识到我自己之前在工作中种种无能的表现:我面对学困生时的无措,我对学困生的忽略与无视,我竟一刻也没有走进他们的心灵。读完这本书我知道要把他们看成活生生的人,要小心翼翼地去维护他们的自尊心。
 
佐藤学的《静悄悄的革命》这本书,对我影响最大的是三重对话——与文本对话,与他人对话,与自我对话。这本书让我深刻反省自己的“满堂灌”课堂,我的滔滔不绝不仅扼杀了学生之间的对话,更扼杀了学生的自我对话。读完这本书后,我下定决心改变自己的课堂教学方式,唯有我改变,课堂才会改变。
 
读怀特海的《教育的目的》让我明白自己“满堂灌”的讲授内容不仅违反“少而精”的原则,更明白我的课堂教学根本不契合“浪漫—精确—综合”这三阶段的认知规律,更不可能达到理想课堂的三重境界。

我的认知被不断打破,又不断重建。



2、写作之旅
 
在经历《人是如何学习的》前两次预习作业的懵懵懂懂后,我意识到自己的写作能力竟如此之低。这是不可否认的事实,入职7年的我竟从没写过一篇教学论文,甚至连最基本的教学反思都是直接百度,找到顺眼的就直接复制粘贴了事。我越是不写,我越不会写,我越恐惧写作。
 
在公布第二次作业成绩后,我的写作成绩还是没有提高。见贤思齐,我决定对标最优秀的方娇艳组长,我决定学习方老师的优秀作业。当我读完方老师的作业后,我才明白自己要努力的方向。方老师的作业堪称优秀论文,既思维严谨又条理清晰,最重要的是她有自己独到的读书见解;而我写的大多是铺陈生硬的理论以及粗浅的读书感受,我这样的作业写作怎么可能拿优秀呢?把作业当成论文去写,在写作中反思自己的不足,还要汲取根本书籍的能量来武装自己的头脑,这是我从方娇艳老师身上学到的。
 
深刻反思过后,在书写第三次作业前,我在知网上查找相关文献,这次的作业主题是关于新手教师与专家型教师的比较,我结合相关文献的解读,以深度教学为视角,透析自己与专家型教师的差距,在此基础上,分析差距原因,并为自己找到努力的方向:准确把握学生的原有知识、构建有效的“问题链”、构建学习共同体、引导学生进行自我教育、践行终身学习。
 
マ在写这个作业的过程中我越来越明白自己的专业能力缺陷如此之大,无论是教学理念,还是教学行为;无论是经典书籍的啃读,还是教育写作的能力,无论哪一样我都不拿手。我跟一个刚刚站在讲台上的新手教师毫无差别,而这种缺陷如果再不去学习的话,我将终生都是新手教师,增长的只不过是我的教龄,而我的教学能力却一直在原地踏步。
 
这里不得不提一本写作类的经典书籍——《金字塔原理》,正是这本书改变了我对写作的看法。它将一篇文章的思想组织成一个金字塔,它采取总结概括——自下而上的思考方式,同时采取结论先行——自上而下的表达方式,这样使得整篇文章呈现一个完整的结构。
 
摸清这些结构后,我如法炮制写了第五次和第六次作业,这两次作业竟都获得优秀,完全出乎我的意料之外。这两次的写作经历让我明白在写作之前一定要先构思好文章框架或结构,把文章的骨架先架起来,再把观点与案例这些血与肉的素材放进去,从而使得文章更丰盈。此后,我越来越多的作业拿到优秀了,感激《金字塔原理》的及时出现,让我更坚定地走专业写作这条路。

3、团队之旅

每次书写郝晓东老师布置的作业都是一次巨大的挑战。
 
我记得特别深刻的是在《人是如何学习的》的第五次作业中,郝老师之前布置的四次作业都是先给出问题再让我们结合自身案例去寻找答案,但这次郝老师却是先给出结论,再让我们自己结合实际案例去谈启发。
 
郝老师这次设计的“翻转”作业彻底把我难住。
 
苦思冥想了几天,我开始逐个提取结论中的关键词——兴趣主动、策略和元认知、看法影响后继学习,这是结论中关于儿童认知发展的三个阶段,有起点—过程—终点。看到儿童认知发展的这三个阶段,我想起当时我正在追看怀特海的《教育的目的》中浪漫—精确—综合这三个阶段。
 
同样是认知的三个阶段,它们之间会不会有什么联系呢?
 
我作出一个大胆的猜想,儿童的认知发展三阶段契合怀特海的浪漫—精确—综合吗?作为刚刚接触怀特海的我来说,虽然我也去查阅了相关文献,但我还是没有十足的把握,我更担心自己的理解会跑偏。
 
于是我去请教王小龙老师,我问王老师按我的这样的猜想来理解儿童的认知规律可ㄘ以吗?王老师答复我说:“怀特海的认知规律太强大,任何时候提及认知总能适用,只是还需要强调一点,整个儿童期的认知是浪漫期!”
 
在与王老师的进一步探讨中,我更深刻理解浪漫—精确—综合这三阶段了,所以我更大胆地肯定怀特海的浪漫—精确—综合与儿童的认知三阶段是相契合的,我的思路一下子被打通了。
 
还记得我的第三次作业被评为优秀作业时,周娟组长安排我与王小龙老师结组互评,王老师对我的作业作出精准又真诚的评价,让我惊叹他的海量阅读与专业思维的同时,我更明白自己要努力的方向,同时我更收获了一份友谊!此后,我多次向王老师请教专业问题,他都耐心地为我一一解答。
 
人生得一知己,足已!
 
每一次与学友的探讨,我都为发掘伟大事物的魅力而惊喜不已;每一次作业的书写,我都为自己在成长路上的困惑而反思不断;每一次课程的聆听,我都为自己的迷茫内心而不断聚焦光束,直至被点亮。
 
感谢三专,让我在读写思行中不断成长。

3月份,朱永新老师在新网师钉钉群作了《新教育实验的使命、愿景、价值观》讲座,这次我被朱老师的教育理想震撼了,原来新教育的使命是使师生过一种幸福完整的教育生活,新教育的价值观包括:执着坚守的理想主义、深入现场的田野意识、共同生活的合作态度、悲天悯人的公益情怀。这与我在2019年看朱永新老师的《我的教育理想》时的质疑形成强烈的冲击,原来朱老师这20年来一直在坚守自己的教育理想,并用行动去践行自己的梦想,朱老师让行动去回应质疑,更让行动去创造奇迹。
 
朱永新老师自掏腰包在全国各地牵起新教育的浪潮,影响着几百万师生的教育生活,改变成千上万个新教育人的行走轨迹,这难道不是对教育事业的大爱精神吗?

朱永新老师的悲天悯人精神更激励我自觉投身新网师公益。
 
上半年我主动担任《人是如何学习的》这门课的打卡点评员和课程综述整理员,在承担中向榜样学习;在暑假共读时,王小龙老师挑起《教师阅读地图》领读人的担子,没想到王老师竟第一时间来找我担任这次共读的组长,让我协助他完成这次的暑假共读。尽管我很担心自己能力不足,但一想到朱永新老师的公益精神,一想到王老师对我作业的真诚指导,一想到王老师对我的种种帮助,我没有理由拒绝王老师的邀请,所以我选择答应王老师,就当这是一次锻炼自己能力的机会吧。
 
果然,这次暑假共读考验我的组织能力和协调能力。在此期间,我向周娟老师请教如何设计海报,请教如何发布通知,请教如何调动学员积极参与共读讨论。我的各种请教,周娟老师都非常热心为我解惑。在此,衷心感谢周娟老师的热心帮助,不然,我这个组长真不知道怎么当。
 
在承担中成长,新网师点亮了我,我更要让这把火继续燃烧起来。

唤醒——躬身田野
  
什么知识最有价值?——斯宾塞
 
Ó新网师的学习讲究深入现场的田野意识,旨在将理论与实践打通,主张把理论应用到实践之中。这也正如郝晓东老师所说,我们的学习不能只学屠龙之术,更要带着问题去学习,在解决问题中学会学习,同时运用理论去指导实践,打通多元理论之间的壁垒与鸿沟。这也是我在新网师学习中的最大感受,时刻提醒自己一定要将所学理论知识应用到自己的教学实践之中。
 
在课堂教学中我一直深受“满☑堂灌”的困扰,我正寻思如何突破这一困境。无独有偶,下半年我根据大概念的学习接触到逆向教学设计的相关理论,从而追溯到《追求理解的教学设计》这本著作,我在啃读中发现这本著作里所描述的逆向教学设计竟是以《人是如何学习的》中的三大发现作为理论依据,这一发现让我对新网师的根本书籍更加刮目相看。原来新网师一直强调对根本书籍的啃读,是因为根本书籍ㅁ在塑造着教师的精神底色与专业思维。
 
我从《人是如何学习的》这本书中借力,以《追求理解的教学设计》中的逆向教学设计作为支架,我逐渐领会建构主义理论的深刻内涵,我尝试并探索把所学理论应用到自己的课堂教学实践中去。我尝试设计预习单来摸清学生的原有认知并在上课的第一时间进行及时反馈,以此作为有效教学的起点;我通过设计以主要问题为中心的学习单来驱动学生开展合作探究,在共同对话中密切倾听学生的精彩观念,同时鼓励学生在真实情境中完成一系列的表现性任务,努力找寻学生理解的证据,力求让评估始终贯穿整个教学过程。
 
预习单、问题驱动、师生对话、评价优先、学生作品等元素陆续照亮我的课堂教学,我一直苦恼的“满堂灌”课堂也正在发生静悄悄的革命。我知道,我离新网师提倡的理想课堂还有很远的距离,下学期我将继续探索构建理想课堂的三重境界,请拭目以待。

2021年展望
 
回首2020年,作为一名教育工作者,我深感自身责任重大,而自身能力又严重不足,在面对教育难题时惊慌失措,惊恐万分,毫无头绪,这一切都源于我是新手教师,我严重缺乏专业知识,这更警惕我时刻不能忘记带着问题去学习、学习、再学习。
 
⭐2021年的时钟已敲响,我将继续逐光前行,追随灯塔,直面内心的恐惧!
